Ode To My Pixelated Lover
Soft yellow light fills the white room's space,
Like captured dusk upon her sleeping place.
White sheets, white shirt, a pillow's gentle hold,
A peaceful story silently unfolds.
My screen shows hair, dark night with tips of gold,
Eyebrows like quiet brushstrokes, finely bold.
That nose ring gleams, a tiny, captured sun,
On chiseled slopes where shadows softly run.
I trace the curve where lip meets dreaming air,
So full, so still, beyond my touch, beyond compare.
Her shape is slim beneath the comforter's fold,
A gentle rise where secret warmth takes hold.
Down one leg winds a river, dark and deep –
A silent snake forever lost in sleep.
Stars on her wrist, a tiny, distant sky,
Constellations where quiet dreams drift by.
I trace your lines, not fingers, just my sight,
Held by the calm you wear in yellow light.
No city noise, just peace within this frame,
A silent world that whispers just your name.
You breathe so slow, a tide upon white sand,
I ache to be there, reaching for your hand.
Not to disturb, but just to be beside,
Where watching turns to presence, deep and wide.
To share the quiet, let our whispers blend,
Not just my gaze, but soul to soul, my friend.
This space between us hums with what could be,
While you sleep safe, watched over tenderly.
So rest, just rest, bathed in that gentle glow,
My love unfolds where silent currents flow.
I watch your calm, a sacred, precious view,
And breathe with you, though miles away from you.
Beautiful 😍
